I lost my card, can I still get the value?
If you activated your card by registering on RegisterMyFloor.com then your records are saved and you can still receive the value of your card. Without issuing a new card, STEAM-A-WAY, Inc. will credit the value of the missing card to your account. Should you find the missing card you can pass it on to a friend or throw it away. Since each household can only use one card you will not receive any additional benefit from the card.
